I tell stories, and I help other people find theirs.

As an author, I write for children and for adults, drawing on the coast of Karnataka where many of my stories begin. As a marketing leader and the founder of a creative agency, I have spent years helping people and brands say what they mean in a voice worth listening to. On a stage, in a classroom, or on a podcast, those two threads come together.

I speak and facilitate in five kinds of settings:

Storytelling for children, reading from Malli and the Mulky Stories
Short fiction and writing workshops for adult and emerging writers
Talks on reinvention and finding your voice later in your career
Sessions on personal branding and authentic storytelling for founders and professionals

Folded Away Softly Book Launch

Folded Away Softly Book Launch On 16 April 2026 I launched Folded Away Softly, my collection of contemporary illustrated poetry, at Atta Galatta in Indiranagar. The room was full of family, friends and readers, and it was a warm, generous welcome for the book.

Storytelling to Children

I read a story from Malli and the Mulky Stories at Samskara Sudha, a summer camp for children. Reading to a room full of curious, quick young listeners was one of the most rewarding sessions I have done.

Cancer Society of India

I was honoured to speak at the Cancer Society of India on how social media can raise awareness and widen the reach of a cause.

Brand Summit 2026 — PES University

I joined a panel at Brand Summit 2026 at PES University to explore ethical branding and conscious choices, and how business owners can communicate their values through honest storytelling.

Short Story Writing Workshop

I facilitated "Tradition to Imagination," a short story writing workshop that brought women writers together to explore the craft, find their voice, and write the
stories only they can tell.

Storytelling Session at Manasum Riva

A storytelling session at Manasum Riva Senior Living where I read two stories from Malli and the Mulky Stories and two poems from Folded Away Softly. The session resulted in laughter, nostalgia, warmth, and wonderful responses.
